All throughout this solar system, we’re being reminded of right action. When we think in terms of healing, we can think of wind, fire, earth, space, water. These also are, through different types of medicine, expressed as pulses within our bodies. In this class, recognize and work with the Elements. Explore how blocks express themselves, purify by replacing reactive states and recognize the inner medicine of emotion and the elements.

5. Beginning with Idea and Ideal
How does one cultivate the ability and awareness for immediate actualization? Actualizing our potential, actualizing our vision, is rooted in the understanding that we live in a field of intelligence through which we are all connected, and that our thoughts, words and actions give rise to the appearances in our lives interacting with our individual view, our family view, our tribal view and our national view.
